Philadelphia in May
It's been a busy busy busy couple of weeks for our team here in Philadelphia. After leaving the New Routes Conference (and very much missing the beauty of the Claremont), we have been hard at work on the second components of the video.
As a team, we met with the Elders Council members to share with them the experiences we had at the conference in CA. The Elders had advice for us on how they want the video to move forward and what topic they would like to have covered in the next rounds of interview. WHYY and SEAMAAC staff members have been working in close collaboration to ensure that the ideas and specific directions made by the elders are not lost somewhere in translation, literally.
We like to extend a welcome to Christa Loffelman. Christa recently join SEAMAAC as a program director. She will be working with us on this New Routes project and we look forward to it.
